A first look at Deno

Node.js is a cross-platform JavaScript runtime developed by Ryan Dahl using Chrome's V8 engine. It has been one of the most successful web technologies of the past decade. Deno is a new cross-platform JavaScript runtime developed by Ryan Dahl using Chrome's V8 engine. In this talk, Craig discusses why Deno was released, how it differs from Node.js, and the exciting features it introduces. He'll also try and pronounce it correctly.
